Posse Alert: Kaiser High Student-Pedestrian Stalked

Yesterday, a Kaiser High female student was followed  by a male adult who was driving a white van. The incident happened at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Lunalilo Home Road near the City Bus stop located across Kaiser High School. The driver followed her as she walked on Lunalilo Home Road, drove past to pull into a driveway for her to walk pass, then followed her again.  Afraid, she took a circuitous route home so as not to give away where she lives, At some point, she lost the van, made it home, then notified her parents. A report was filed with the Honolulu Police Department.

The driver never said a word, did not approach her on foot, and did not harm her physically.  This is a description of the van and driver:

White Van,  Construction type, unknown license plate at this time
     Local male driver
    Tan complexion
Lime Green, long sleeve t-shirt, construction worker-style.

Students, be aware of their surroundings, immediately call 911 if you feel unsafe or threatened. Walk in pairs whenever possible.
